None of the 3 Funkey S units I received today will connect to my Windows 10 laptop nor my Macbook Pro. I tried the USB cables that came with the systems and I tried my own. The Mac does not acknowledge them at all. The Win10 machine shows a connected disk when the Funkey is powered on but when I click it in explorer says "Insert a disk in drive D". Nothing shows in disk management.
I am missing one of the hinge caps and need an extra sent asap since this is a gift.
My forum profile seems to be in French. I cannot find a settings page to change it to English, nor do I know why it defaulted to French.

Hi BK, For the USB connection, did you use the procedure described in the leaflet? You need to connect the console to the computer, go in the menu and clic on the "mount USB" option. On es you're done copying your games, you can eject the drive from the computer and click on "eject USB" on the console's menu. For the missing parts we're sorry this should not have happened. Please send us a picture showing the missing parts by answering to this email as well as the address you'd like the parts to be sent to.
